Return and Refund Policy

At RIGNOX, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories, wiring, hardware, manuals, and components
  • Free from damage, modification, scratches, installation marks, or signs of use

Items that have been installed, modified, wired, painted, cut, drilled, damaged, or used are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

  • Installed or used headlights, tail lights, grilles, tailgate light bars, and other automotive parts
  • Modified, customized, or altered products
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, accident, or vehicle modification
  • Clearance, final sale, or special-order items
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by RIGNOX, such as receiving the wrong item.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. RIGNOX is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any price difference, if applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rignox.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the product issue
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and provide further instructions.
