Thank you for shopping with RIGNOX. We are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery for customers within the United States.
Free Shipping
RIGNOX offers free standard shipping on all orders.
There is no minimum order amount required. Shipping costs will not be added at checkout for eligible orders.
Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. territories
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- International addresses
U.S. Warehouses
RIGNOX operates warehouses in both the Eastern United States and Western United States.
Orders are typically shipped from the warehouse closest to the delivery address whenever inventory is available. This helps us provide faster delivery times across the contiguous United States.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
Because we ship from U.S.-based East and West Coast warehouses, most orders are delivered quickly.
Estimated delivery time is typically:
2–5 business days after the order ships.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, product size, warehouse inventory, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Oversized Automotive Parts
Some RIGNOX products, including headlights, tail lights, grilles, and tailgate light bars, may require oversized packaging or special handling.
Although shipping is free, oversized items may require additional handling time before shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
RIGNOX is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and tracking system.
If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please check your mailbox, front door, garage, building office, neighbors, or local carrier office first.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@rignox.com, and we will assist you where possible.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@rignox.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping label
We will review the issue and provide further assistance.
