Warranty Policy

RIGNOX stands behind the quality of our aftermarket automotive lighting, illuminated exterior upgrades, grilles, light bars, and related vehicle accessories. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to submit a warranty claim.

Warranty Coverage


RIGNOX products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, beginning from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase from RIGNOX or an authorized RIGNOX sales channel is required for all warranty claims.

What Is Covered


This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal use, including:

  • LED failure caused by a manufacturing defect;
  • Internal moisture intrusion not caused by improper installation, improper sealing, damage, modification, or misuse;
  • Component, harness, module, controller, or included electrical accessory malfunction under normal use;
  • Other defects in materials or workmanship confirmed through our review process.

What Is Not Covered


This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, poor grounding, modification, splicing, cutting, drilling, painting, tinting, or improper handling;
  • Water intrusion caused by improper sealing, installation error, vehicle damage, broken housings, damaged gaskets, modified housings, pressure washing, collision damage, or vehicle body issues;
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, impact, accidents, road debris, collision, chemical exposure, fire, flooding, or other external causes;
  • Use in racing, competition, commercial, or other extreme-use environments where the product is not specifically rated for such use;
  • Normal wear and tear, environmental aging, lens haze, fading, oxidation, minor condensation within normal tolerances, or cosmetic changes that do not affect product function;
  • Damage caused by vehicle electrical issues, voltage irregularities, faulty relays, damaged connectors, aftermarket wiring conflicts, incompatible vehicle configurations, or prior vehicle modifications;
  • Products that have been opened, disassembled, altered, painted, tinted, resealed, modified, or repaired by anyone other than RIGNOX or an authorized service provider;
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, second-hand sellers, marketplace resellers not authorized by RIGNOX, salvage sales, or private parties;
  • Labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, diagnostic fees, programming fees, alignment fees, vehicle downtime, rental vehicle costs, towing costs, inspection fees, or any incidental or consequential damages.

Installation Responsibility


Professional installation is strongly recommended. Some RIGNOX products may require vehicle disassembly, electrical wiring, harness connection, module setup, grille or bumper removal, bracket installation, sealing, alignment, or other technical procedures.

Before installing, wiring, powering on, modifying, cutting, drilling, painting, or connecting any product to your vehicle, please inspect the product carefully and confirm that it matches your vehicle and order.

Improper installation, incorrect wiring, poor grounding, modification, improper sealing, or failure to follow instructions may damage the product or vehicle and may void warranty coverage.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim


To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@rignox.com.

Please include the following information:

  • Your order number;
  • A clear description of the issue;
  • Photos or videos showing the issue;
  • Photos of the product installed on the vehicle, if applicable;
  • Photos of wiring, connectors, harnesses, modules, controllers, brackets, or mounting points, if the issue may be installation-related;
  • Your vehicle year, make, model, trim, and factory configuration.

We may request additional photos, videos, troubleshooting steps, installation details, or return of the product for inspection before approving a warranty claim.

Warranty Remedies


If a warranty claim is approved, RIGNOX may, at our discretion, provide one or more of the following remedies:

  • Replacement parts or components;
  • A replacement product;
  • Repair service, where available;
  • Store credit based on the product purchase price;
  • Another reasonable resolution determined by RIGNOX based on the issue and product availability.

For approved warranty claims, RIGNOX will cover the shipping cost for the repaired, replacement, or approved warranty item. If return inspection is required, we will provide return instructions.

Replacement Product Availability


If the original product is discontinued, out of stock, or no longer available, RIGNOX may provide a comparable replacement, replacement component, store credit, or another reasonable resolution at our discretion.

Non-Transferable Warranty


This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is automatically void if the product is resold, transferred, or purchased second-hand.

Limitation of Warranty


This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by RIGNOX for covered products, except where otherwise required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIGNOX is not responsible for labor charges, installation or removal costs, diagnostic fees, vehicle damage, loss of use, lost time, inconvenience, towing, rental vehicle costs, or any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from product use, installation, failure, or warranty service.
