1. Aftermarket Products

RIGNOX products are aftermarket products unless expressly stated otherwise. They are not original equipment manufacturer ("OEM") parts and are not manufactured, sponsored, endorsed, affiliated with, or approved by any vehicle manufacturer.

Any vehicle names, model names, trademarks, or logos referenced on our website are used for identification and fitment-reference purposes only. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Road Use, DOT & Legal Compliance

Automotive lighting and vehicle equipment laws vary by federal, state, local, and international jurisdiction. Some products, features, lighting colors, brightness levels, smoke lenses, dark smoke lenses, RGB modes, animated or sequential modes, light bars, and grille lighting may be restricted or prohibited for public road use in certain areas.

Unless expressly stated on the applicable product page, RIGNOX does not represent or guarantee that any product, variant, lens, lighting color, mode, or configuration is legal, DOT-compliant, SAE-compliant, FMVSS-compliant, inspection-compliant, or approved for public road use in every jurisdiction.

Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for checking and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, inspection requirements, and vehicle-equipment rules before installing or using any product on public roads. RIGNOX is not responsible for any fines, citations, failed inspections, or other legal consequences resulting from product use.

3. Off-Road, Show & Track Use

Certain products, lens tints, colors, or lighting modes are intended for off-road, show, display, track, or competition use only and should not be used on public roads where prohibited by law. Where a product or feature is intended for such use, this may be noted on the applicable product page.

4. Fitment & Compatibility

Automotive parts may vary by year, make, model, trim, sub-model, factory lighting configuration, grille style, bumper setup, wiring configuration, connector type, mounting points, market version, and prior vehicle modifications.

You are responsible for reviewing all product titles, descriptions, fitment notes, photos, compatibility information, and option details before ordering. If you are unsure whether a product fits your vehicle, please contact us at support@rignox.com before purchasing. Final fitment responsibility remains with the customer or installer before installation.

5. Installation

Professional installation by a qualified automotive technician is strongly recommended, especially for products involving electrical wiring, harnesses, modules, controllers, vehicle disassembly, sealing, alignment, brackets, grilles, or light bars.

Improper installation, incorrect wiring, poor grounding, modification, cutting, drilling, painting, or improper sealing may damage the product or vehicle and may void warranty coverage. RIGNOX is not responsible for labor, installation, removal, diagnostic, or programming costs, or for vehicle or electrical damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification.

6. Appearance, Color & Lighting Output

Automotive lighting, lenses, finishes, grilles, and accessories may look different in photos, in person, unlit, and lit. Screen settings, lighting conditions, camera exposure, production updates, and vehicle differences may also affect how products appear online. Each product page describes the available appearance and lighting options, including unlit and lit appearance where applicable.

Smoke lens note: Smoke lenses are designed for a darker custom appearance and may reduce visible light output compared with clear lenses. Where applicable, Dark Smoke lenses may reduce output brightness by approximately 15–20% when lit.

An item whose appearance matches its product-page description is considered as described and does not qualify as defective or "not as described."

7. Product Information Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, fitment notes, and pricing accurate, but we do not guarantee that all website content is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIGNOX and FLYBY LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, installation, failure, or legal non-compliance.
