1. Overview
This website is operated by FLYBY LLC, doing business as RIGNOX ("RIGNOX," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, browsing our store, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced on our website, including our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Warranty Policy, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific fitment, installation, road-use, or legal-use notices.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order through this website. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Products, Descriptions & Availability
RIGNOX sells aftermarket automotive lighting, illuminated exterior upgrades, grilles, light bars, and related vehicle accessories. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, including product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, fitment notes, color options, lens appearances, finishes, and pricing.
However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, prices, availability, or other website content will be error-free, complete, current, or free of typographical mistakes. Product images may vary slightly from the actual product due to lighting, screen settings, production updates, camera exposure, vehicle differences, or minor design differences.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change or discontinue products, limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at any time. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.
4. Orders & Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms of Service. Receiving an order confirmation email does not mean that your order has been accepted.
We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, address issues, or product availability. Your order is accepted when it has been processed and shipped.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a refund for any amount paid for the unavailable or canceled item.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if pricing, discount, tax, shipping, or product information is incorrect, even if an order confirmation has been sent.

7. Aftermarket Product Notice
RIGNOX products are aftermarket products unless expressly stated otherwise. They are not original equipment manufacturer ("OEM") parts and are not manufactured, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by any vehicle manufacturer.
Any vehicle names, model names, trademarks, or references used on our website are for identification and fitment reference purposes only. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Vehicle Fitment Responsibility
Automotive parts and accessories may vary by year, make, model, trim, sub-model, factory lighting configuration, grille style, bumper setup, wiring configuration, connector type, mounting points, market version, and prior vehicle modifications.
You are responsible for reviewing all product titles, descriptions, fitment notes, photos, compatibility information, option details, and product-specific notices before purchasing.
If you are unsure whether a product fits your vehicle, please contact us before placing your order. We may help you review fitment based on the information you provide, but final fitment responsibility remains with the customer or installer before installation.
9. Installation Responsibility
RIGNOX strongly recommends professional installation by a qualified automotive technician, especially for products involving electrical wiring, harnesses, modules, vehicle disassembly, sealing, alignment, brackets, grilles, light bars, controllers, or illuminated components.
You are responsible for confirming that installation is performed safely and correctly. Improper installation, incorrect wiring, poor grounding, modification, cutting, drilling, painting, improper sealing, or failure to follow instructions may damage the product or vehicle and may void warranty coverage.
RIGNOX is not responsible for labor charges, installation costs, removal costs, diagnostic fees, programming fees, vehicle damage, electrical damage, water intrusion caused by improper sealing, or other issues caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification.
10. Road Use & Legal Compliance
Automotive lighting and vehicle equipment laws vary by federal, state, local, and international jurisdiction. Some products, features, lighting colors, brightness levels, smoke lenses, dark smoke lenses, RGB modes, animated modes, sequential functions, light bars, grille lighting, or show-use features may be restricted or prohibited for public road use in certain areas.
Unless expressly stated on the applicable product page, RIGNOX does not represent or guarantee that every product, variant, lens, lighting color, mode, or configuration is legal, DOT-compliant, SAE-compliant, FMVSS-compliant, inspection-compliant, or approved for public road use in every jurisdiction.
Customers are solely responsible for checking and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, inspection requirements, and vehicle equipment rules before installing or using any product on public roads. Products or features intended for off-road, show, display, track, or competition use should not be used on public roads where prohibited by law.
11. Product Images, Colors & Appearance
Product images, videos, renderings, and lifestyle photos are provided for reference. Actual appearance may vary due to screen settings, lighting conditions, production updates, camera exposure, installation environment, vehicle differences, and product finish.
Lighting products may appear different when unlit versus lit. Lens styles, smoke finishes, RGB modes, and illuminated features may affect both appearance and visible light output. An item whose appearance matches the product page description is considered as described.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, product copy, images, graphics, logos, icons, videos, designs, page layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to FLYBY LLC and RIGNOX. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, scrape, or use any website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

We do not guarantee that any product will meet every customer expectation, vehicle configuration, appearance preference, installation requirement, or legal-use requirement unless expressly stated in writing.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIGNOX and FLYBY LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of vehicle use, labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, diagnostic costs, inspection fees, towing costs, rental vehicle costs, fines, citations, failed inspections, or damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or legal non-compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RIGNOX, FLYBY LLC, and our owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of our products, improper installation, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of any third-party rights.
18. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
19. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.
Informal resolution first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@rignox.com and to give us at least 30 days to resolve the issue.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and RIGNOX agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our products, or your purchase will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except as stated below. Arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable consumer arbitration rules.
Class action waiver. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and RIGNOX agree that each may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of more than one person.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek relief in court to protect its intellectual property rights.
Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration and class action waiver provision by emailing support@rignox.com within 30 days of your first purchase, stating your name, order number, and that you wish to opt out. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by applicable consumer protection law.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised effective date, if applicable. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
