Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking link. Send us your order number and we'll check on it right away.

Want a different product or option, or need to fix the shipping address? We can change your order until it ships, that is, before a tracking number is generated. In-stock orders can leave our warehouse quickly, so send this as soon as you can and tell us exactly what to change in the message.
Swapping to a higher-priced item? We email you a secure link to pay the difference and ship once it's paid. Lower-priced? We refund the difference to your original payment method. If the change leaves fewer than 2 lights in the order, the free work light is removed too.
Want to cancel instead? Request cancellation in your account. Already shipped? It can't be changed anymore; you can return it after delivery instead.

Returned an item? We issue the refund 5–7 business days after the return reaches us and passes inspection.
Canceled an order? We issue the refund as soon as the cancellation is approved.
Either way, the refund goes to your original payment method, and your bank can take another 5–10 business days to show it. Send your order number and we'll check where yours is.

We don't make lights for this vehicle yet. Tell us your vehicle, which lights you want and the features you're after: the more detail, the better we can plan. We log every request and use it to plan new fitments, and we'll email you as soon as lights for your vehicle launch.
