We'll make it right

Please don't install, wire or power the item. Send a photo of the label on the box and of the item you received, and we'll check it against your order. The prepaid return label is on us.

Damage in transit is handled as a claim, not a return

Don't install it, and keep the shipping box, the label and all packaging. Report it on the warranty claim page within 30 days of delivery: choose Damaged or missing on arrival and add photos of the outer box, the shipping label, the inner packaging and the damage. We reply within 2 business days.

A missing part is sent to you, nothing to return

Check the whole box first, including under the foam and inside the lamp bags. Still missing? Report it on the warranty claim page: choose Damaged or missing on arrival, tell us what's missing and add a photo of everything you received. We reply within 2 business days.

Report it on the warranty claim page

First check your porch, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, neighbors and household. Still nothing, or the box arrived empty? Report it on the warranty claim page within 30 days of the marked delivery date: choose Marked delivered, but not received. For an empty box, keep it and add photos of the box and the shipping label. We check the carrier's and our warehouse's records and reply within 2 business days.

A fault is handled under warranty, not as a return

If a light or function doesn't work, we want to see it first: most faults on a new install are a connector or a fuse, and a defect confirmed within 30 days of delivery can be replaced or refunded. Start here: Warranty claim. It takes about three minutes and we reply within 2 business days.

Cancel from your account

An order can be cancelled until a tracking number is generated. Sign in, open the order and choose Request cancellation: account.rignox.com/orders. If tracking has already been generated, wait for the package and return it with the Changed my mind option above.

Return through the marketplace

Orders placed on Amazon, eBay or TikTok Shop are returned through that platform's own return process, which also handles the refund. Open the order in your account on that platform and choose Return. Warranty coverage is the same wherever you bought: for a fault, use the warranty claim page.
