What's the problem?Pick the closest match. We'll show you the checks for it first.
Still installing, or just installed and a light isn't working? A connector that isn't latched or a missing adapter harness looks exactly like a fault. Ask our install team first; they'll walk you through it. This page is for a lamp that's faulty (the problem follows the lamp when you swap sides), for issues that show up later, and for orders that arrived damaged, incomplete or not at all.
Light or function not working A whole lamp, one side, or one function (DRL, turn, brake…) is dark
Comes on, then shuts off Lights normally, then goes out and stays out
Flicker or shimmer Pulsing, flickering, dropping out at idle
Fast blink or dash warning Hyperflash, bulb-out message
Blind-spot (BLIS) warning After a tail light install
Condensation or water inside Fog, droplets or standing water in the lens
Beam pattern or aim Too high, too low, uneven, glare
App or RGB not working Color effects don't respond, won't pair
Damaged or missing on arrival A part is missing from the box, or something arrived cracked or broken
Marked delivered, but not received Tracking says delivered and you don't have it, or the box arrived empty
Something else Not sure which one fits
Quick checks before you file
Push every connector you touched until it clicks, then tug the housing to confirm the latch caught.
If your box had an adapter harness, confirm it is installed between the factory plug and the lamp.
Test with the headlight switch at ON (not AUTO) and check the lighting fuses.
Swap test: plug the working lamp into the dark side. Follows the lamp = lamp. Stays on that side = vehicle.
Step by step: LED headlight or tail light not working .
What we need for this one
This is the vehicle cutting power to the circuit, and it's vehicle-specific. Don't add resistors or other parts. Film from a cold start: lights on, keep filming for at least 60 seconds until the lamp shuts off, with the dash in the shot. Then continue below.
Why it happens: comes on, then shuts off .
Quick checks before you file
Check the ground: remove it, clean to bare metal, retighten. This is the number one cause.
Compare idle vs a light rev. Flicker only at idle points to the battery or the ground, not the lamp.
Don't add a load resistor for flicker; it won't help.
Step by step: hyperflash, flicker and bulb-out warnings .
Quick checks before you file
Test with the turn signal stalk, one side at a time. Hazards don't hyperflash and prove nothing.
Re-seat the connectors on the fast side.
If a message stays on the dash, disconnect the negative battery terminal for 30 minutes, reconnect, and drive.
Still fast? Most vehicles are covered by the built-in decoder; a few need a load resistor, which we send free. Continue below and tell us if both headlights and tail lights are RIGNOX. Details: hyperflash and bulb-out warnings .
Quick checks before you file
Re-seat every connector you unplugged near the bumper and tail lights.
Check your product page's Compatibility section: it says whether BLIS is retained on your trim.
Background: blind-spot warning after a tail light swap .
Quick checks before you file
Thin even mist = normal and clears within about 48 hours of dry weather. Droplets, streaks or standing water = not normal.
Check the rear caps are seated and the breather vents aren't blocked.
The two-minute test: normal fog or a real leak .
Quick checks before you file
Aim is set at install with the adjustment screws; most beam complaints are aim, not the lamp.
Park 25 ft from a wall and set the cutoff: how to aim LED projector headlights .
Quick checks before you file
Turn the parking / running lights ON. The Bluetooth module is powered through that circuit.
Only one side or section responds? Check the signal cable between the light bars is plugged in.
Re-pair following the guide for your app.
Guide: RGB Light App Setup .
Usually a quick fix
Missing a part? Check the whole box first, including under the foam and inside the lamp bags; adapter harnesses and small hardware are easy to miss. If it's not there, tell us which part below and we'll send it. Nothing to return.
Cracked or broken out of the box? Don't install it. Keep the box, the label and all packaging, take photos of the damage, the box, the shipping label and the inner packaging, and continue below. Report it within 30 days of delivery.
Wrong item, or changed your mind? That's a return: start a return .
Before you file
Check your porch, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk or building office, neighbors and household. Carriers sometimes scan a package as delivered a day early.
Box arrived empty? Keep it and the shipping label, and photograph the box (all sides and the inside) and the label.
Report it within 30 days of the marked delivery date.
We check the carrier's delivery scan, photo and location, the recorded package weight and our warehouse packing records, and reply within 2 business days. A report on its own doesn't qualify for a refund or replacement; if the records show delivery to the address on the order, the claim may be declined.
Bought on Amazon, eBay or TikTok Shop? Report a package that didn't arrive to that platform instead; it handles delivery claims for its own orders.
First, is it by design?
A sharp cutoff with dark above it, the DRL turning amber during a signal, a welcome animation on unlock, a thin fog that clears, a leveling dial that no longer does anything: all normal. Two-minute list: is this normal? If what you see isn't on it, continue below.
