First-gen Tacomas are the ones people pay silly money for now. Thirty years on, the drivetrain still runs and the tail light lenses have gone the color of weak tea — which is usually the first thing anyone notices about an otherwise clean truck.

Every function runs on LEDs, so each one lights up instantly and evenly with none of the warm-up lag or burnout cycle of filament bulbs. The turn signal fires as a sweep rather than a single flash — motion a 1997 truck was never going to have from the factory — and the full pattern runs once as a startup animation each time the lights power on.

Built on patented optical technology and independently tested for vibration, mechanical shock, and corrosion resistance. The lens is UV-stable polycarbonate, which is the part that matters most here: it holds its clarity instead of fading the way the originals already have.

Installation is plug-and-play into the factory harness, 1995 through 2004 — the adapter harness for 1995-2000 trucks ships in the box, so there's nothing to cut or splice. Integrated anti-flicker decoders hold the correct flash cadence — no hyper-flashing, no dash errors.

I really don’t know why you want a review from me on a product I ordered almost two months ago and still haven’t received it. Not even prepared to ship. At this point I’m thinking this is a scam.
