Projector Optics. Legal Replacement.

Built to Be Noticed. Day or Night.

2009-2018 Ram 1500/2500/3500 & 2019-2024 Ram 1500 Classic Halogen Dual Projector Headlights

Every DS-chassis Ram left the factory on halogen — even Laramie and Longhorn. What changed between trims was the housing, not the light. This assembly keeps the halogen beam and puts a proper projector optic in front of it, in a housing that reads nothing like the reflector bowl it replaces.

Built for your rig. Made for the night.

Two projector cups per side run H7 halogen low and high beam behind an internal shield, so the beam lands as a controlled pattern with a defined cutoff instead of scattering the way a factory reflector does. A signature L-shaped LED daytime running light frames each housing and runs as a switchback — bright white by day, shifting to amber the moment you signal. The turn indicator sweeps outward in sequential amber, a startup animation runs on ignition, and the side marker is LED.

Thick-wall light guides, not a strip of dots. A chevron-shaped solid acrylic light guide stands beside each projector, fed from the edge by its own LED board so the whole piece glows as one continuous body. That is what separates a designed front end from a row of visible LEDs behind a diffuser — the depth reads from the side and at an angle, not just head-on.

Bulbs are in the box. H7 12V/55W for high beam and H7 12V/55W for low beam, both included. Nothing to source, nothing to price out after the fact.

Street legal the way an LED bulb in a halogen housing is not. This is a complete halogen assembly with halogen optics running rated 55W bulbs — the configuration DOT and FMVSS 108 were written around. Dropping an LED bulb into a factory halogen reflector is a different story: the optic was never designed for that source, and it is the setup that fails state inspection and gets trucks pulled over. If you want a legal replacement rather than a gray-area one, this is it.

Warm light that holds up in weather. At 3000–3400K the beam is long-wavelength and warm — it scatters less in heavy rain, fog and blowing snow than cool white does. Cold-white light bounces off suspended ice and water and builds the white wall every winter driver knows. This does not.

The heat is doing something. A 55W filament radiates forward and warms the lens face, so falling snow, wet snow and thin ice clear on their own — no heated-lens option to pay for. Thick or frozen-solid ice still wants a scraper, and a projector housing puts less heat on the face than an open reflector does, because the bulb sits behind a shield. It helps through a normal winter.

Nothing to decode, nothing to fail. Halogen draws exactly the current the Ram's Body Control Module expects, so there are no bulb-out codes, no flicker, and no resistor packs or decoders to run hot behind the bumper. There is also no fan and no driver board in the housing — the two parts that most often kill an assembly on a truck that spends its life on washboard and mud.

Bulbs change at the roadside. H7 is stocked at every parts counter in the country. A burned-out bulb is a ten-dollar part and ten minutes, not a new assembly.

You pick the DRL color at install. Each headlight ships with two DRL leads, one white and one amber. Plug in the color you want and cap the other — no variant to choose at checkout, and changing your mind later costs ten minutes with the bumper cover off instead of another set of headlights.

One part number, all three factory setups. The DS Ram shipped in three lighting configurations — Quad Halogen reflector, Dual Reflector, and Halogen Projector with LED DRL — on different connectors. This assembly covers all three across 1500, 1500 Classic and 2500/3500 HD.

Blacked-out internals, clear lens. The dark housing gives the assembly its smoked attitude when the lights are off, while the lens stays optically clear so the projector cutoff arrives on the road intact.

Built on patented optical technology and independently tested for vibration, mechanical shock, and corrosion resistance.

Installation is plug-and-play into the factory harness — factory mounting points and connector, no cutting and nothing to program.

The RIGNOX Front End

See More. Get Seen. Put On a Show.

Four things separate a RIGNOX headlight from a stock housing: the light you drive by, the weather you drive through, the face your rig wears by day, and the show it runs at night.

Precision Beam. Zero Compromise.

Dual high/low projector optics with an internal shield cut the beam at a razor-straight line — no scatter, no glare, no complaints from oncoming traffic.

Heat That Clears the Lens.

A 55W filament radiates forward and warms the lens face, so falling snow, wet snow and thin ice clear on their own. Thick ice still wants a scraper — but you are not paying for a heated-lens option to get through a normal winter.

Blacked Out, Clear Lens.

Blacked-out internals behind an optically clear lens: the murdered-out look parked, honest road light at night, none of the legal trouble a tinted lens brings. The DRL tube runs crisp white or amber.

Move With Purpose.

Activation Light fires a startup sequence the moment you unlock. Sequential Signal sweeps the turn indicator end to end. Two features, one statement.

Fitment & Installation Notice

Please verify vehicle year, make, model, trim, and factory lighting type before purchase. Some products may require vehicle-specific harnesses, converters, coding, or professional installation depending on the original factory configuration.

RGB, digital, animated, app-controlled, or show-mode lighting features are intended for off-road, show, and display use only. Fitment is based on standard factory configurations; major vehicle modifications, aftermarket wiring, custom body parts, or non-original lighting components may affect compatibility.
