Before you begin

Remove the original tail lights

Remove the trunk lid trim: Open the trunk and use a plastic trim tool to remove the upper center trim piece. Remove the lower trim panel around the grab handle to expose the inner tail light mounting points.

Remove the factory center light: Remove the 8 mm nuts securing the factory center light bar, disconnect the electrical connector, and carefully pull the light assembly away from the vehicle.

Remove the outer tail lights: Remove the two 8 mm bolts securing each outer tail light. Pull each light straight back firmly to release the clips. Do not pull sideways.

Route the wires through the grommet: Run the connection wires from the outer fenders to the trunk lid. Use a stiff guide wire or coat hanger to feed the harness through the factory rubber grommet. Do not cut the grommet. Apply a small amount of soapy water or silicone spray if needed.
Install the RIGNOX tail lights

Install the new outer tail lights: Connect the factory plugs to the new outer tail lights. Align the guide pins, push each light into its original position, and secure it with the two 8 mm bolts.

Connect and install the center light: After connecting all routed wires to the new center light bar connectors, push the center light assembly into its original position and secure it with the factory nuts.

Test all lighting functions: Activate each rear lighting function and confirm that the new LED tail lights operate correctly.
Electrical and function test
