RIGNOX lights with an RGB, App Control, or Digital option are controlled from a free phone app over Bluetooth. Two apps are used depending on your light — check the card included with your product to see which one is yours, then follow that section below.
The app only controls the decorative lighting. Your white driving beam stays white — keep your lights in stock white mode for the road. Color is show; road light is business.
App 1 — Happy Lighting
Adjusts the color and animation of the accent lighting during normal operation. The startup animation is fixed and can't be changed.
Download
- iPhone: App Store → search Happy Lighting → install.
- Android: Google Play (or your browser) → search Happy Lighting → install.

Connect over Bluetooth
- Turn your parking / running lights ON — this powers the Bluetooth module (see Troubleshooting).
- Open Happy Lighting and tap the three-line menu at the top.
- Wait for the app to find your light, then tap it in the device list to connect.
Change the color
- Tap the color controls (the three vertical bars).
- Choose a color-selection method, then drag the dot around the color wheel to set your color — or tap one of the preset colors.
Change the animation, speed & brightness
- Open the animation screen.
- Slide to pick an animation mode.
- Drag the sliders to set the animation speed and the brightness.
App 2 — Starlight Running
Adjusts the startup animation, driving-light animation, and turn-signal modes. These kits also include a remote.
Install note: RGB and Digital lights use one master unit plus one or three slave units, linked by signal cables between the light bars. If those signal cables aren't connected, the slave units won't sync and can't be controlled by the app or remote — make sure they're plugged in during install.

Connect over Bluetooth
- Turn your parking / running lights ON.
- Open Starlight Running and tap Add Device.
- Tap Bind Device (you can rename the device if you like).
- Tap your bound device to select it and open the program-switching screen.
Control your lights
On the program-switching screen you can set effects separately for each area — Driving, Brake, Startup, and Signal (turn signal):
- Choose an area (Driving / Brake / Startup / Signal), then tap Mode to open the full list and pick an animation.
- Next / previous mode with the left/right arrows, or tap Auto to cycle through them all.
- Color: drag the color slider or pick a fixed color. Selecting a color stops the animation and switches to a static color.
- Speed: drag the speed slider (inactive while a static color is selected).
- Brightness: drag the brightness slider.
The included remote
Starlight Running kits include a remote, pre-paired at the factory. One button switches the lights to driving mode with a steady red light (no animation).
If the remote doesn't switch the lights: first check its battery. If the battery is good, turn on the driving light, press and hold the brake pedal, and hold the remote button for 5 seconds — then release the remote button while keeping the brake held for another 5 seconds to finish pairing. Pairing only works in the first 5 seconds after the driving light and brake come on together; if you miss that window, start over.
Troubleshooting (both apps)
The app can't find my lights
- Parking / running lights ON — the Bluetooth module is powered through the parking-light circuit. This is the #1 cause of "won't connect."
- Phone Bluetooth ON; on Android, Location / GPS ON.
- Make sure you installed the right app for your light.
Only one side (or part) responds
RGB and Digital kits sync their units through signal cables between the light bars. If only one side or section reacts, check that the signal cables between the lights are plugged in securely.
