For 2006 Toyota gave the 100 Series a new headlight housing — and left the same tired optics inside it. This assembly keeps that opening and puts a triple-projector LED layout behind it.

Three projectors per side — two bi-function cups for low and high beam, one dedicated low beam — behind a sharp cutoff line that puts light on the trail, not in oncoming eyes. A white daytime running bar runs the width of the housing, and the amber turn signal sweeps outward in sequence, with a startup animation at power-on.

Blacked-out internals, clear lens. The dark housing gives the assembly its smoked attitude when the lights are off, while the lens stays optically clear so the projector cutoff arrives on the road intact.

Built on patented optical technology and independently tested for vibration, mechanical shock, and corrosion resistance. The LED engine is seated on an aluminum base with active cooling, so output holds steady instead of fading as the housing heats up.
