Important: This online guide is a fitment-aware overview for the matched RIGNOX product. Before removing original parts or connecting wiring, confirm the connector layout, transferred parts, wire routing, and vehicle-specific fastener locations on your exact vehicle.
Safety warning: Do NOT use dielectric grease or weather-sealing grease on connectors or sockets. Grease can cause connection problems and may affect warranty coverage.

Product notes
- Three projector cups per side, a white LED daytime running light, and a yellow reflector accent.

Before you begin
- Vehicle/product: 2003-2008 Toyota Corolla LED Triple Projector Headlights.
- SKU check: Confirm your kit SKU matches H-COR03 before removing original parts.
- Power and safety: Switch the vehicle off before unplugging connectors. Disconnect the negative battery terminal when handling wiring, fuse taps, or exposed circuits.
- Protect the vehicle: Use clean towels or masking tape around painted panels, the bonnet edge, and grille trim. Do not force clips or pry against painted surfaces.
- Aged fasteners: Expect one or two brittle clips to break during removal. Warming the plastic slightly on a cold day reduces the risk.
- No connector grease: Do not apply dielectric grease or weather-sealing grease to connectors or sockets.
- Front-end note: Leave grille and bumper trim loose until every lighting function passes testing and beam aim is set.
Tools and supplies
- Trim removal tool or panel clip tool
- Metric socket and ratchet set; confirm the exact socket sizes on your vehicle before removal
- Phillips and flat screwdrivers
- Clean microfiber towels and masking tape for painted bonnet, wing, and grille edges

Remove the original headlights
-
Disconnect the fog lights and remove the lower bolts: If equipped, disconnect both fog light plugs beneath the bumper. Remove the 10 mm bolts securing the lower bumper to the splash shields.

-
Release the bumper sides: Pull back each wheel well liner and remove the hidden 10 mm bolt. Pull both sides of the bumper free from the retaining clips.

-
Remove the upper bumper fasteners: Remove the two plastic clips beneath the grille, one expansion clip, and two Phillips screws from the top of the bumper.

-
Remove the headlight mounting bolts: Remove the two upper 10 mm bolts and the side bracket bolt from each headlight.

-
Remove the original headlights: Release the upper retaining tab and pull each headlight outward. Disconnect the high-beam and low-beam plugs, then turn the turn signal and position light socket counterclockwise to remove it.

Install the RIGNOX headlights
-
Install the new headlights and reinstall the bumper: Install the light socket and connect all wiring plugs. Push each headlight into its original position and tighten the mounting bolts. Reinstall the bumper cover, all fasteners, and the fog light plugs if equipped.

-
Test all lighting functions: Activate each lighting function and confirm that the new LED headlights operate correctly. Make sure the headlights and bumper are secure and properly aligned.

Electrical and function test
- Test daytime running lights, low beam, high beam, left and right turn signals, hazards, and startup animation if equipped.
- Confirm the turn signal sweeps in sequential amber on the correct side.
- Confirm no hyperflash or flicker appears after two ignition cycles.
- After all tests pass, reinstall grille and bumper trim and confirm no wire is stretched or pinched.
Set the beam aim
- Park square to a flat wall about 25 feet away on level ground, with a normal fuel load and no unusual weight in the boot.
- Mark the height of each beam centre on the wall and compare the two sides.
- Use the headlight adjusters to bring the cut-off line level and even across both sides.
- This step matters more than usual here, because the vehicle is moving from a worn halogen reflector to a projector with a sharp cut-off. A projector aimed too high is worse for oncoming traffic than the lamp it replaced.
Final check
- All connectors are fully seated and locked.
- All included harnesses are secured away from movement, sharp edges, water paths, and heat sources.
- Both lamps sit flush with even body gaps and no trapped harness behind the assembly.
- All headlight functions test correctly on both sides with a helper operating the controls.
- Beam aim is set and even.
- No warning lights, hyperflash, flickering, abnormal heat, moisture entry, or loose modules remain after a short function check.
Troubleshooting
- One headlight does not turn on: Recheck the main connector on that side and the corresponding fuse. On a vehicle of this age, a corroded fuse or earth point is a likely culprit.
- Warning, flicker, or hyperflash appears: Confirm the connector is fully seated before assuming a fault in the assembly.
- Trim will not sit flush: Check for a trapped harness, a broken or missing clip, or a locating pin that has not seated.
- Beam pattern looks uneven: Recheck aim against a flat wall before adjusting anything else.
