Remove the original headlights

Remove the Upper Radiator Cover: Use a plastic trim removal tool to carefully release and remove all push clips securing the upper radiator cover. Store the clips in a safe place, then lift the cover upward and remove it to expose the upper bumper mounting points.

Remove the 10mm Fender-to-Bumper Bolts: Locate the 10mm bolts connecting the fender area to the front bumper on both sides of the engine bay. Remove each bolt with a 10mm socket, then repeat the same procedure on the opposite side.

Remove the Six 7mm Lower Screws: From underneath the front of the vehicle, locate the six 7mm screws securing the lower splash shield to the front bumper. Remove them one at a time with a 7mm socket while supporting the panel to prevent it from dropping when the final screw is removed.

Remove the Four Inner Wheel-Well Clips: Turn the front wheel to one side to create additional working space. Use a plastic trim tool to remove the four clips securing the inner fender liner, then repeat on the opposite side. Avoid excessively bending the liner, as this may cause permanent deformation.

Release the Fender Liner and Splash Guard: Remove the two additional plastic clips and three 7mm screws located inside the wheel-well area. Once all fasteners have been removed, gently pull the splash guard or fender liner outward to separate it from the bumper and expose the connectors behind it.

Disconnect the Side Marker Connector: After moving the fender liner aside, locate the side marker light connector behind the bumper. Press the locking tab and pull the connector apart by holding the plug housing. Do not pull directly on the wires, as this may damage the terminals or wiring harness.

Disconnect the Fog Light Connector: Locate the fog light connector behind the bumper, press its locking tab, and disconnect it. Depending on the vehicle configuration, connectors may be present on both sides. Confirm that all related wiring has been disconnected before removing the bumper.

Remove the Fender-to-Bumper Mounting Bolts: From inside the wheel well, remove the two bolts securing the front bumper to the fender. Repeat the procedure on the opposite side while supporting the side of the bumper to prevent it from releasing unexpectedly. Verify that all upper, lower, and side fasteners and electrical connectors have been removed. With one person supporting each side, gently release the bumper tabs beginning at the wheel-well edges. Pull the bumper assembly straight forward and place it on a clean, soft surface to protect the painted finish.

Remove the Factory Headlight Assemblies: Use an 8mm socket to remove the four bolts securing each factory headlight assembly. Support the headlight and carefully pull it forward to access the main connector at the rear. Press the connector's locking tab, disconnect the wiring harness, and remove the headlight. Install the RIGNOX headlights

Inspect and Configure the RIGNOX Headlight Connectors: Before installation, inspect the RIGNOX headlight housing, mounting brackets, and all connectors for damage. Configure the lighting functions according to the connector labels on the rear of the headlight: Connector A: Connect to enable the startup animation; disconnect to disable the animation. Connector B: Connect for a white daytime running light; disconnect for a yellow daytime running light. Connector C: The main power connector that connects to the vehicle's factory headlight harness. Confirm that the selected configuration matches the desired lighting effect. Secure any unused connectors away from hot, sharp, or moving components. Connect the vehicle's factory headlight harness to the main connector on the RIGNOX headlight. Push the connector together until the locking tab fully engages.

Test All Lighting Functions Before Final Assembly: Temporarily position the headlights and switch on the vehicle's electrical power. Electrical and beam test
