Lights or a function not working Dark, shuts off, flickers, fast blink or a dash warning
Water, fog or seal problem Mist, droplets or standing water inside the lens
Damaged or broken Cracked, broken, or a bracket or tab doesn't hold
Missing parts or items Something that should be in the box isn't there
Connector or fitment problem Listed for your vehicle, but the plug or mounting doesn't match
A factory feature stopped working Blind-spot, auto high beam, adaptive or auto-leveling, bulb-out warning
Help with installing, aiming or the App Stuck on a step, setting the beam, pairing the App
Wrong item, or not as described Not what you ordered, or a spec or function differs from the product page
Something else Not sure which one fits
Which best describes it?
Not working A whole lamp, one side, or one function is dark
Comes on, then shuts off Lights normally, then goes out and stays out
Flicker or shimmer Pulsing, flickering, dropping out at idle
Fast blink or dash warning Hyperflash, bulb-out message
Quick checks before you send it
Push every connector you touched until it clicks, then tug the housing to confirm the latch caught.
If your box had an adapter harness, confirm it is installed between the factory plug and the lamp.
Test with the headlight switch at ON (not AUTO) and check the lighting fuses.
Swap test: plug the working lamp into the dark side. Follows the lamp = lamp. Stays on that side = vehicle.
Step by step: LED headlight or tail light not working .
What we need for this one
This is the vehicle cutting power to the circuit, and it's vehicle-specific. Don't add resistors or other parts. Film from a cold start: lights on, keep filming for at least 60 seconds until the lamp shuts off, with the dash in the shot. Then continue below.
Why it happens: comes on, then shuts off .
Quick checks before you send it
Check the ground: remove it, clean to bare metal, retighten. This is the number one cause.
Compare idle vs a light rev. Flicker only at idle points to the battery or the ground, not the lamp.
Don't add a load resistor for flicker; it won't help.
Step by step: hyperflash, flicker and bulb-out warnings .
Quick checks before you send it
Test with the turn signal stalk, one side at a time. Hazards don't hyperflash and prove nothing.
Re-seat the connectors on the fast side.
If a message stays on the dash, disconnect the negative battery terminal for 30 minutes, reconnect, and drive.
Still fast? Check that the load resistors from the box are connected on the turn-signal circuit. If it still flashes fast with them in, we send the right resistor free. Continue below and tell us if both headlights and tail lights are RIGNOX. Details: hyperflash and bulb-out warnings .
Quick checks before you send it
Thin even mist = normal and clears within about 48 hours of dry weather. Droplets, streaks or standing water = not normal.
Check the rear caps are seated and the breather vents aren't blocked.
The two-minute test: normal fog or a real leak .
Before you send it
Don't install a cracked or broken part.
If you still have the box and packaging, keep them and photograph them with the damage. Already thrown away? That's fine, just tell us below.
Check the whole box first
Look under the foam and inside the lamp bags; adapter harnesses and small hardware are easy to miss. Still not there? Lay out everything you received, take one photo, and tell us below what's missing. We'll send it; nothing to return.
Quick checks before you send it
Compare the year, model and trim on your door-jamb sticker with the product title and the Compatibility section on the product page.
If your box had an adapter harness, it goes between the factory plug and the lamp. That's usually the "plug doesn't match" fix.
Still doesn't match? Send photos of both plugs, face-on with the pins visible, and we'll sort out what you need.
Quick checks before you send it
Check the Compatibility section on your product page: it says which factory features carry over on your trim.
Re-seat every connector you unplugged, including the ones near the bumper and the lamp.
A warning that stays on: disconnect the negative battery terminal for 30 minutes, reconnect, and drive.
Background: which factory features carry over .
Our install team will walk you through it
Installing, aiming the beam, or pairing the App: tell our install team which step you're on, with a photo, and they'll reply within one business day.

Please don't install, wire or power it. Photograph the item and the label on the box, and tell us what's different from what you ordered or from the product page.
Just not happy with the look or the brightness? That's a standard return: start a return .
First, is it by design?
A sharp cutoff with dark above it, the DRL turning amber during a signal, a thin fog that clears, a leveling dial that no longer does anything: all normal. Two-minute list: is this normal? If what you see isn't on it, continue below.
