The GMT900 Silverado built its name on work, not looks — square, upright, and lit by a pair of amber-tinted halogen reflectors that have gone cloudy on most trucks by now. This assembly gives the front end the blacked-out, dual-projector LED signature the aftermarket has been building these trucks around for years.

Two projectors stack in each housing — one for low beam, one for high — focusing the light where a factory reflector just scattered it. Low beam lays a wide, even pool with a clean cutoff that keeps the glare out of oncoming windshields; high beam reaches farther with a brighter center for open highway and back roads. A horizontal LED bar across the middle carries the daytime running light and the turn signal.

Blacked-out internals, clear lens. The dark housing gives the assembly its smoked attitude when the lights are off, while the anti-UV polycarbonate lens stays optically clear so the projector cutoff arrives on the road intact — and holds that clarity instead of yellowing after a few summers.

Built on patented optical technology and independently tested for vibration, mechanical shock, and corrosion resistance. The LED engine is seated on an aluminum base with active cooling, so output holds steady instead of fading as the housing heats up. Sealed housing, IP67.
