Built to Be Noticed. Day or Night.
The 2014 refresh gave the GX460 the spindle grille and a face that splits opinion — but it left the same tired optics behind it. This assembly keeps that opening and puts a triple-projector LED layout inside.
Built for your rig. Made for the night.
Three bi-function projector cups per side lay down a controlled beam with a defined cutoff — light on the trail, not in oncoming eyes. A white daytime running bar runs the width of the housing, and the turn signal sweeps outward in sequence with a startup animation at power-on.
Blacked-out internals, clear lens. The dark housing gives the assembly its smoked attitude when the lights are off, while the lens stays optically clear so the projector cutoff arrives on the road intact.
Built on patented optical technology and independently tested for vibration, mechanical shock, and corrosion resistance. The LED engine is seated on an aluminum base with active cooling, so output holds steady instead of fading as the housing heats up.
Installation is plug-and-play into the factory harness using the included adapter, with integrated anti-flicker decoders — no hyper-flashing, no dash errors.

LED Lifespan
50,000 hours
Power Draw
About one third the draw of halogen at the same output — a lighter load on an older charging system
Cooling
Active cooling on an aluminum base (MCPCB) with thermal control, so output holds steady instead of fading
Weather Sealing
IP67 — sealed against rain, dust, and road spray
Tested For
Vibration, mechanical shock, and corrosion resistance
Aim Adjustment
Manual leveling — adjustment screws on each housing set the beam height.
Factory Functions
Automatic headlights and auto high beam keep working where the vehicle was equipped with them
Installation

Four things separate a RIGNOX headlight from a stock housing: the light you drive by, the distance you see, the face your rig wears by day, and the show it runs at night.
