The 2015 F-150 was the aluminum one — the truck the industry argued about for two years and then watched outsell everything anyway. Ten years on they're everywhere, and the factory headlights are the part that's aged fastest.

The daytime running light runs as a switchback: bright white by day, shifting to amber the moment you signal, tracing the C-shape across each housing. The turn indicator then sweeps outward in sequence, and a startup animation runs each time the lights power on. Behind it, the projector cups lay down a controlled beam with a defined cutoff — light on the road ahead, not in oncoming eyes.

Three builds. Dual Projector runs two projector cups per side. Quad Projector runs four — two for low beam, two for high beam — each set in its own square bezel. Quad Projector RGB takes the same four-cup layout and adds an RGB daytime light controlled through the Star Light Running app. The main beam stays white on every build: the colour is show, the road light is business.

You pick the DRL color at install. A pair of DRL plugs sits on the back of each headlight: connect them for one color, leave them apart for the other — check the color with the lights on and switch if you want the other one. The color isn't a variant you choose at checkout, and you can change it later without buying another set of headlights.

Either build, both factory setups. The wiring supports trucks that left the dealer on halogens and trucks that came with factory OEM LED — no adapter to order separately.

Blacked-out internals, clear lens. The dark housing gives the assembly its smoked attitude when the lights are off, while the lens stays optically clear so the projector cutoff arrives on the road intact.

Built on patented optical technology and independently tested for vibration, mechanical shock, and corrosion resistance. The LED engine is seated on an aluminum base with active cooling, so output holds steady instead of fading as the housing heats up.

Installation is plug-and-play into the factory harness, with integrated anti-flicker decoders — no hyper-flashing, no dash errors.
