Ford built the Bronco to look like it means it, and then fitted a headlight that disappears into the grille the moment the sun drops. This assembly keeps the factory opening and puts four projector cups per side behind it.

Four projectors per side, split by job — two dedicated low beams and two dedicated high beams, rather than four cups doing both at half effort. Each has its own optic and its own cutoff, so the low beam stays flat and legal while the high beam reaches. A startup animation runs each time the lights power on, and an amber side marker sits at the outer corner.

Two DRL builds. Pick one at checkout. The dual-color build has a pair of DRL plugs on the back of each headlight: connect them for one color, leave them apart for the other — check the color with the lights on and switch if you want the other one — and you can change your mind later without buying another set of headlights. The RGB build runs a single lead and drives the daytime signature in full color from the Happy Lighting app on your phone.

The dash height dial still works. Each housing carries its own leveling motor, so the factory headlight-height adjustment comes across with the swap — drop the beam when the truck is loaded, bring it back up when you unhitch, from the same dial you already use.

Blacked-out internals, clear lens. The dark housing gives the assembly its smoked attitude when the lights are off, while the lens stays optically clear so the projector cutoff arrives on the trail intact.

Built on patented optical technology and independently tested for vibration, mechanical shock, and corrosion resistance. The LED engine is seated on an aluminum base with active cooling, so output holds steady instead of fading as the housing heats up.

Installation is plug-and-play into the factory harness, with integrated anti-flicker decoders — no hyper-flashing, no dash errors.
