The 14th-gen F-150 arrived with more front-end variation than any truck Ford has built — halogen on the work trims, factory LED further up the range, and swiveling LED projectors on the top trims. Which set you buy depends entirely on which truck you got.

The daytime running light runs as a switchback: bright white by day, shifting to amber the moment you signal. The turn indicator then sweeps outward in sequence, and a startup animation runs each time the lights power on. Behind it, two projector cups per side lay down a controlled beam with a defined cutoff — light on the road ahead, not in oncoming eyes.

You pick the DRL color at install. A pair of DRL plugs sits on the back of each headlight: connect them for one color, leave them apart for the other — check the color with the lights on and switch if you want the other one. There's no variant to choose at checkout for this, and you can change it later without buying another set of headlights.

Two builds, matched to your factory headlight type. Factory Halogen (Bulb Reflectors) is for trucks that left the dealer with halogen headlights. Factory LED (LED Reflector or Projector) is for every truck with factory LED headlights; on trucks with Dynamic Bending headlights, the bending function is disabled. These are not interchangeable — the two factory configurations use different OEM interfaces, so order by what's currently in the truck rather than by trim badge.

Blacked-out internals, clear lens. The dark housing gives the assembly its smoked attitude when the lights are off, while the lens stays optically clear so the projector cutoff arrives on the road intact.

Built on patented optical technology and independently tested for vibration, mechanical shock, and corrosion resistance. The LED engine is seated on an aluminum base with active cooling, so output holds steady instead of fading as the housing heats up.

Installation is plug-and-play into the factory harness, with integrated anti-flicker decoders — no hyper-flashing, no dash errors.

Compatibility

Fits: 2021-2023 Ford F-150 (14th Generation, P702) with factory halogen or factory LED headlights.

Does not fit: F-150 Lightning

DRL: White or amber, set at install with a plug on the back of each headlight.

Fitment Note: Order by the headlights on your truck, not the trim badge. Factory halogen headlights have large reflector bowls with a bulb behind each; factory LED headlights have LED reflector blocks or LED projector lenses — see the comparison photo. On trucks with factory Dynamic Bending headlights, the bending (swivel) function is disabled; no dash warning.

Factory LED Headlights

The DRLs are a little obnoxiously bright and don't work well with the factory Fog light DRLs. Also, the startup animation is a little obnoxious - wish it could be disabled.

The quality is ok - there was some crack marks around the bolt mounts when I tightened the bolts hand tight upon installation, but so far seem to be only surface cracks.

Looks good when off, haven't tested the lights at night.

Factory Halogen Headlights

The difference between these and the factory yellow lights is night and day. The switchback DRL looks super aggressive and premium on the front end. They cut through the dark perfectly with a really clean cutoff line. Had them on for a week, absolutely no regrets.
