Confirmed reference details
- Low/mid/high configurations: The reference separates low, mid, and high trim configurations. Match your vehicle connector before installation.
- Low trim adapter: The low trim setup is shown with an adapter plug. When that adapter plug is removed, the reference identifies a 6-pin connector.
- Mid/high connector: The mid/high connector is shown with 13 pins. Do not connect the low-trim adapter to a mid/high vehicle.

Remove the original headlights
- Prepare the front end: Park on level ground, switch the vehicle off, and protect bumper and fender edges with clean tape or towels.
- Open the required access points: Remove upper covers, bumper clips, wheel-liner fasteners, undertray clips, or bumper-side retainers only as shown in the reference images.
- Support the bumper and lamp: If the bumper cover needs to be loosened, support it so it does not hang from wiring or scratch paint.
- Disconnect vehicle connectors: Press each lock tab and pull by the connector body, not by the wires.
- Remove original headlight retainers: Keep bolts, clips, brackets, and spacers organized by side and position.

Install the RIGNOX headlights
- Compare assemblies before mounting: Compare the removed original headlight and the RIGNOX headlight. Transfer brackets, caps, seals, modules, or bulbs only when the matching reference image shows that transfer.
- Connect the main harness: Match each included connector to the corresponding vehicle connector and confirm the lock tab clicks into place.
- Install trim-specific adapters: If the reference images show low-trim, mid-trim, high-trim, ACC, LED, halogen, DRL, or fuse-tap harness choices, use only the one that matches the vehicle.
- Secure wiring and modules: Fasten adapters, decoders, fuse taps, and extra harness length away from radiator support edges, bumper brackets, fans, belts, and heat sources.
- Seat and fasten the lamp: Align tabs and body gaps, then reinstall original retainers evenly without over-tightening plastic mounts.
- Leave access open for testing: Test functions and aim before fully reinstalling bumper covers and liners.
Electrical and beam test
- Test low beams, high beams, DRL, parking/position lights, left and right turn signals, hazards, side markers if equipped, and startup animation if equipped.
- Confirm there is no flicker, warning message, hyperflash, or inactive side.
- If a fuse-tap or ACC harness is shown, confirm it is seated in the correct fuse position and secured before closing the fuse box.
- Check beam aim against a flat wall and adjust vertical/horizontal aimers as needed before final bumper reassembly.
- For RGB/app variants, confirm controller power, app pairing, normal mode, RGB mode, speed/brightness controls, and the mode required for road use.
- After all tests pass, reinstall bumper covers, liners, clips, and trim panels.
Final check
- All connectors are fully seated and locked.
- All included harnesses are secured away from movement, sharp edges, water paths, and heat sources.
- Headlight beams are aimed correctly and both sides sit with even bumper and fender gaps.
